• This is a service. If you have pearls that need re-stringing. I string them on silk thread with a hand tied knot between each pearl, a practice that protects them from wearing on each other. Natural pearls have a slightly rough surface, so they will damage each other without the knots.

Pearls should be knotted between each pair, to protect them from being worn away by the abrasiveness of each pearl. I use silk thread and make each knot by hand.

I charge a minimum of $15.00 + $1.00 per inch to restring your pearls. The necklace shown is 20 inches.
